PhilLEWISSadly passed away on 24th November 2014 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital following his illness. Phil will be sadly missed by his devoted Wife Paulene, Daughters Amanda and Gemma, Son in law Gary, Grandchildren Oliver, Lewis, Lilly, Harry and Rosie, his Sister Sandra, all his family and friends. The service will be held at Yardley Crematorium on Friday 5th December at 1.00pm. Afterwards at George V Public House, Common Lane.
